James and Tim's return to Arrow's cold tent encampment warms the team's hearts along with a blazing fire. But James knows that he will have to step things up or he will soon be going home.
The teams meet with Trump on the set of "Passions" to get their next task: each group will create a 45 second soap opera "webisode" about "Soft Scrub Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser." Two Soft Scrub executives will decide the winner.
Kinetic starts brainstorming ideas, but Kristine, the project manager, feels that Muna breaks their flow by her constant interruptions. After refusing to work behind the camera, Kristine tells Muna she can play the housewife and assigns Heidi the role of a nefarious neighbor.
Under James's direction, Arrow begins setting up for their shoot about a guy who is cleaning his bathroom because he's about to propose to his girlfriend. Tim and Nicole play these signature roles, but Tim finds proposing to her on camera to be very awkward.
Kinetic begins their shoot even though Kristine and Angela are out getting props. They return to find that Heidi and Muna aren't as far along as anticipated. Kristine steps in to direct, and Muna continues to drive her crazy.
Arrow starts editing their webisode with Tim and Nicole giving the most direction. Meanwhile, Kinetic has difficulties editing their segment because Muna is hard to understand. Heidi thinks Kristine made a mistake by leaving during the first part of their shoot.
Over brunch, James commends his team, saying that if they lose he doesn't want to bring anyone back to the boardroom. Later, the judges watch the webisodes and think that Arrow's had better branding while Kinetic's had a better cliffhanger. In the end, they decide that Arrow's was the superior piece.
While Kinetic cleans up a mess in the tents, Arrow flies on a private jet to Sacramento where they meet with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. Over tea, James asks the governor about getting through early hardships when he first came to the United States.
Kristine starts the boardroom off by telling Trump that the Soft Scrub executives had a hard time understanding Muna's dialogue, but Muna explains that it "didn't come through as recorded." Kristine adds that because Muna was difficult and insisted on being the actress, Kristine eventually acquiesced and gave her the role.
Ivanka hammers Kristine for not controlling Muna and for not having more product integration in their webisode. Muna takes this opening to attack Kristine's leadership; she then says that she would fire Kristine. After much pressing, Angela says she'd fire Muna, and Heidi reluctantly agrees.
Trump decides not to bother sending everyone out of the boardroom. Instead, he commends Muna for being a risk taker and then fires her on the spot. (Ouch!)
