Reno 911 is actually a stolen tv show from the broken lizard crew (super troopers) they originaly wrote super troopers as a tv pilot for FOX that took place in reno and had the same outfits and such. they then got an offer to make it a movie instead, and the guy that originaly was going to produce the TV show took the idea from broken lizard and brought it to comedy central.
If you cant tell i do not like the fact that they stole it, and its so obvious that they did.
