In the grim dark of night, members of Arrow express concern that Michelle is icy cold and not a good fit for the team. In the morning, those feelings are set aside when Trump presents the teams with the next task, a task that Kinetic does not have to participate in.
Trump sends Kinetic away to spend the day enjoying the many luxuries of a top-notch Loews Hotel. He then splits Arrow into two teams, one to be led by Aaron and one to be led by Michelle. Each Arrow team will create and lead a themed tour for Starline tours with a focus-group survey deciding the winner.
Aaron's team enthusiastically backs James's suggestion of a tour featuring the world-famous Laker Girls. Meanwhile, Michelle comes up with the idea of a "day in the life of the rich and famous," but she's unsure and asks her team if they'll stand behind it. They all agree.
While the divided Arrow teams work hard at their task, Kinetic basks in luxury at the Loews Hotel in Santa Monica.
James gets his branch of Arrow excited when he suggests "famous places, beautiful faces" as the theme for the tour, which will look into places made famous by the movies. Stefani and Aaron send James out to take an actual Starline tour to get a sense of what works and what doesn't.
Michelle and Tim plan their route and come to the conclusion that "Hollywood is kind of a dump." Michelle decides they need to go to Beverly Hills instead, but they find that location "boring." Thinking that nothing was getting done, Nicole and Frank pitch in by getting tuxedos to "create the ambience of the rich and famous."
At midnight, Aaron, James, and Stefani set up an office in the backyard to plan the details of their route. Meanwhile, Michelle's team pulls an all-nighter after wasting the entire day picking a primary location for their tour. Michelle is forced to drag Nicole, who is irritated that there is no plan, out of bed.
The Laker Girls arrive to find a huge crowd waiting for their Starline tour. Once on the bus, James takes the mic and confounds everyone with his rambling over-the-top enthusiasm. Later on, Stefani gets the mic away from James and delivers a highly professional narration about Hollywood history.
On Michelle's tour, Michelle rambles into a malfunctioning mic, and Nicole doesn't think she makes any sense. When Tim takes the mic, the first thing he talks about to a bus full of young children is John Belushi's death from a drug overdose. It only goes downhill from there.
Even before the results come in, Michelle's team bristles over with lack of confidence. Nicole slams Michelle while Frank comes to her defense. Aaron's team is much more confident and rightfully so, for the results clearly put his team as the winner with an 82% approval rating vs. Michelle's rating of 58%.
While Aaron's team doesn't get to move into the house, their victory allows Aaron to sit in on the boardroom to help The Donald, Ivanka, and Don decide who in Michelle's group will be fired. But before it even gets to that point, Michelle shocks everyone by resigning!
As the rest of Arrow prepare for the boardroom battle ahead, they get a call informing them that The Donald has cancelled the session feeling that no one else deserves to be fired. Though they're still outside in the tents, it's a happy day for the remaining members of Arrow Corporation.
