The woman can't even put a sentance together these days. Getting her to talk is like watching a car crash, you can't NOT look. Combine that with the rumored affair she had with one of the contestants and the writing is on the wall for her dismissal. A great replacement could be anybody like Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson or even Cindy Lauper (don't laugh, she's sold over 15 millions albums) all would be great.

And while were at it, replace Randy Jackson too. His act is stale and a new face is needed. Just grab another producer and make him a star.

Keep Simon though, afterall, he is THE show.
