Clay Aiken incident blown out of proportion

So according to this article, Clay was on a flight and some woman shoved him for having his foot on her armrest. The article then goes on about how they were detained and questioned by the FBI and released with no charges. Is a small shove or a foot on an armrest a federal offense now? I realize they are on a flight and security is tight, but come on. The flight crew calmed things and that should be the end of it, gimme a break.

I totally agree, but then again do we really know the full story. There is no telling what was said by either party. But according to what has been released, this has been totally over blown.
