| Survivor officially begins tonight once again as castaways are divided by background (race) for the first time. Since this was the longest break we get in a year from Survivor I'm sure everyone is excited to see how it all turns out!
I hope to see everyone posting and participating in discussions as much as possible (staff have many other responsibilities and we need YOUR help to keep things going on the forums); and if anyone would like to recap or state their opinions in a recap or review type format please feel free to do so, and I will sticky the best ones at the top of the forum each week.
Hope you all enjoy the show tonight! Now grab your torch and head back to camp.

It was ok, I guess I just expected a bit more. Also, what's with all the fat guys this year?

I actually enjoyed the first episode. Expected more, but I suspect as usual things will begin to heat up as time goes on. The old-timer from the Asian tribe, Cao Boi, was hilarious, especially when he got rid of Brad's headache and replaced it with the bad brush burn in the center of his forehead.....lol The chick that lost the chickens will be toast as soon as they lose an immunity challenge. What a dingbat. The Afirican-American tribe, I think make a mistake getting rid of the big guy. I think there will be a challenge coming up that his strength will be needed and sorely missed. Checking in with the Caucasion tribe, I am liking me some Adam....WOW what a body....lol I hope he spends most of his time shirtless Exile Island looks a little tougher this year as there appears to be absolutely no shelter from the weather elements. Wonder if Jonathon found the immunity idol yet....I think it was a cop-out to send him to Exile for taking a chicken from one of the other tribes. Don't they know there is no fairness in Survivor, it's every man for himself. All in all I think it was a good start for this years Survivor....

I thougth the first show was pretty good.
I think the african - american boys made a mistake when they both stepped away from the girls and decided who was to go to excile island and NEVER consulted the girls. They took a stance there by showing they were trying to be in control. Wonder if they would have asked the girls what they thought who should have been sent that just maybe they would not have voted out one of their strongest players. Just a thought.
Looking forward to next weeks show.

I agree BB...that was a stupid thing to do. It showed they have no regard for hte women in their troop and it spelled the doom of the guys.
I actually can't wait for the next show.

Why can't I start a thread?
Anyways this whole "Billy's love connection with Candace" is just a joke. I actually feel sorry for the guy. The reunion show should be a laugher, poor Billy will have a target on his head the size of his ass!!!
