Yep, I know there are alot of people saying that this Survivor is "ok" and that maybe it has been a letdown do far. What do I say to that? POPPYthingy!!
From the moment they started to scramble getting things off the boat, including the infamous stolen chicken incident, I was hooked. Its obvious they will remain 4 tribes for more than the week i expected and that maybe this gimmick will last a while and create some real emotion when the tribes later merge together.
I enjoyed the 4 tribe challenge, the healing powers of the elder asian, the underestimating of the African American women (that guy totallty deserved to be voted out) and the loss of the chickens! (that was just hilarious, I was rooting for the chickens to get away! born freeee, as free as the wind blows....)
Another aspect that made me like this years game is BOILING THE WATER. I have always thought that having a cleaned and ready suply of water was not really Survivor as it had been and should be, and the return of boiling the water and the complexity of the first challenge tells me this year will be gruelling and lots of fun to watch!
Well that's it for me folks, post your opinions and let us know what you thought of Survivor: Cook Islands!

I actually posted this in the wrong place...oops I actually enjoyed the first episode. Expected more, but I suspect as usual things will begin to heat up as time goes on. The old-timer from the Asian tribe, Cao Boi, was hilarious, especially when he got rid of Brad's headache and replaced it with the bad brush burn in the center of his forehead.....lol The chick that lost the chickens will be toast as soon as they lose an immunity challenge. What a dingbat. The Afirican-American tribe, I think make a mistake getting rid of the big guy. I think there will be a challenge coming up that his strength will be needed and sorely missed. Checking in with the Caucasion tribe, I am liking me some Adam....WOW what a body....lol I hope he spends most of his time shirtless Exile Island looks a little tougher this year as there appears to be absolutely no shelter from the weather elements. Wonder if Jonathon found the immunity idol yet....I think it was a cop-out to send him to Exile for taking a chicken from one of the other tribes. Don't they know there is no fairness in Survivor, it's every man for himself. All in all I think it was a good start for this years Survivor....
